Marketing Audit

A Marketing audit is a systematic, critical and unbiased review and appraisal of the company's marketing operations and performance.

Step 1.

Evaluate the degree to which strategies and policies are being implemented and the effectiveness of the implementation programmes.

Review the extent to which strategy implementation is effective at the sales operational level,

Evaluate the degree to which effective planning and control systems are deployed and effective.

Step 4.
The Marketing Audit report will document the findings of the review as set out above and offer recommendations for future action, where it is deemed appropriate.
